The day after we go to Utah Lincoln decided Uncle Kurtis was pretty funny and laughed for the first time! It was so cute and I made sure to get it on video!
We went to dinner at Joe's Crab Shack for Kurtis's 16th birthday! It was so much fun to go to dinner with the family. We were only missing Chad to make it complete!
Within the next week of being in Utah Lincoln also decided to roll over for the first time! It was so exciting watching him and I was one proud momma!
As a tradition for birthdays we always go out to dinner as a family! Nate had to work the night of my birthday so we decided to go to Davanza's in Park City so he could join us for my birthday dinner. We were missing my dad and Chad terribly!
The weekend after my birthday my dad was getting back from his trip. My mom thought that he was getting back on Sarurday but instead he got back on Friday. My dad and I had a plan to surprise her! I picked him up at the airport and took him to my mom's work. Once we got to her work I gave my dad Lincoln and went into my mom's office. The video says it all!!
Then it was off to have some fun. My mom decided she wanted to go bowling for her birthday. It was a lot of fun and Lincoln loved being there with all of the new sights and sounds! Again the only thing missing was Chad!
On my birthday we were able to participate in the Cystic Fibrosis walk with the Fischers! It was so fun to participate in this walk and see all the people there to support a good cause! Kort loved the walk as well! And we were able to get a picture with the mascot for U of U. He loved the blanket I made for Lincoln!
Even on a rainy day tons of people came out to support their loved ones!

On Memorial Day the weather was beautiful! It was my mom's birthday as well. We went on a walk through the cemetery, then my dad took me for a motorcycle ride and we went and got my mom a birthday present. Then we went to the Memorial Day party that is held every year on the Jenkins side of the family. My mom showed Lincoln off to everyone there! After the party we went back to the house and visited with Grandpa LaVell and Grandma Kathy then went back to the cemetery! There I was asked to sing Angel's Among Us for my grandparents and a couple family members that we hadn't seen for a long time (it was hard not to cry singing this in the cemetery remembering my Great Grandma Broadhead)!
5 Generations!
On May 29th my little brother Ty (not so little anymore) graduated from high school! I could not be more proud of him! He is such an amazing kid and I know he will go far and touch a lot of people's lives! Here are a few pics from his graduation!
The next day Chad arrived in Utah and in the next 4 days we went bowling, did date night without little Lincoln, went out to dinner with Danny and Katie, Blake, Staci, and Lilly, and Tyler and his date! It was a lot of fun and so good to see everyone again! We also blessed Lincoln, but most of all got to spend a lot of time with family!
It was such a good trip and I loved having so much family around to help out! Thank you to ALL of my family for helping out and being there for us! We love you guys!
My flight back was a lot less stressful. It was just Lincoln and I since Chad took Kort back with him! Lincoln enjoyed flying! I actually thought to take some pictures on the way home!
