6 Months! Boy how time flies!

My little baby is now 6 months old! I can't believe how fast time flies. It seems like just yesterday my little man had just entered into our lives and now he can sit up by himself and much more!

There are a ton that Lincoln can do and a ton that he still is learning. He still will not put weight on his legs and when he does it's only for a split second and then he collapses. He can roll on to his stomach but still hasn't figured out how to roll back onto his back. When he is on his stomach he won't use his arms to lift his head up or to put any weight on. He hates being on his belly but lately has been a belly sleeper (this worried me a little at first but I soon realized he was completely fine sleeping on his belly). He loves to sit up on his own with as many things as he can play with around him. Bath time is much more fun because he can sit and play instead of lay on his back staring at the ceiling. He LOVES Kort! He thinks he is so funny and loves to watch him all the time. And Kort loves him and keeps a very watchful eye on him. And may I add he tolerates Lincoln pulling on his hair and his ears!

Recently we went to Utah to visit family again! We were there for only 2 weeks this time which was way nice and Chad was able to be there with us for a few days as well. We made it work out that Lincoln and I were able to go back in time for my Grandma Joyce's 80th birthday party. She was pleasantly surprised. It was nice to see a lot of cousins I hadn't seen in a while and also introduce them all to Lincoln as well.

The day that Chad came in to Utah one of his high school buddies was getting married. So that night we attended their reception/dinner. It was fun to see some of our friends and also be a part of Danny and Katie's big day. Lincoln was so good at the dinner that the people around us didn't even know we had a baby with us.

We got to spend some time with cousin Knox and got a cute picture of the two of them with Nanna. We got together with the family for Little Ty's birthday and Knox and Lincoln got to play with Nanna and Gunka for a long time.

He got to see a goat, sheep and a couple horses for his first time at Great Grandpa LaVell's house. But he was more interested in the fence.

He also got to see ducks for the first time too. He enjoyed that much more.

We FaceTimed daddy whenever we could and Lincoln loved talking to him.

Kort had to be in the middle of everything! But I wouldn't have it any other way!

Here are some more pictures from our Utah trip. I have plenty of videos but that would definitely overload this post!

 Grandpa couldn't be happier!

Logan and Lincoln. Love the size difference!

 Tired on the walk!

 Snuggles with grandpa!

Blurry I know but I had to show that Uncle Ty picked Lincoln Up!

 Snuggles with Daddy!

He loved the toys Grandma got for him! He is such a ham!

Grandma & Grandpa got to watch Lincoln while mommy went to the temple with Aunt Melanie!

Waiting at the airport on our way back to Des Moines before we found out our flight got delayed and had to spend one more night in Utah.
