11 months old (sorry missed a month)!

Wow! I can't tell you how fast time flies! It seems like just yesterday my baby was just coming in to this world and now he is 10 months (well almost 10.5). This will probably be a combined post about 10 and 11 months since I am not too great at posting when I should. These last couple of months have been super fun! Lincoln's personality is in full bloom and he is so funny (and knows it too). I can already tell he will be a little terror when he starts to walk and talk and when he is 2 (my mom said he will bring a new meaning to terrible two's lol). Terror or not I love him more each day!

Here are some things that are new:
  • He is now officially army crawling (kinda gets his belly off the ground now) and he is super fast. He loves to follow me around and chase Kort.
  • He LOVES to scream. Like high pitch top of his voice scream and then laughs after. Even though it is loud it makes me laugh every time. (oh and it is always super random when he does it)
  • He still absolutely loves Kort and has learned to be soft with Kort. He even has given him hugs and kisses. Kort actually sits by him and lets him touch him now unless he just isn't in the mood. He got to meet new dogs this month when we went back to Utah to visit and he loved them as well and was constantly trying to catch them.
  • Bath time is still one of his favorite times of the day and if I would let him and the water would stay warm he would play for hours in there.
  • He has learned a new way to talk. He tried to use inflection and says long drawn out baaaaa's and then laughs or makes serious faces depending on what he is talking about. He loves to tell stories.
  • He says "mama" now. Mostly when he is upset, hungry or tired but will say it when he just is done with everyone else. I try to get him to say "dada" but he just smirks at us and laughs.
  • He now has 3 teeth (2 on bottom and 1 on top) and there are 2 or 3 others on top coming in as well. He loves to use those teeth as well and bite now (not good). He has biten my fingers quite a few times and bit my foot once. He also bit Auntie Chelle (I think that one was out of love because he was excitedly trying to get to her and once he did I think it was supposed to be a kiss but he ended up biting instead). I just hope that biting isn't something he figures out is fun to do.
  • He went on his first REALLY long car ride and handled it like a champ. We drove home for Christmas and drove through the night so he slept all but maybe 4 hours of the trip there and all but about 4 hours of the trip back.
  • He loves to play with my hair (sometimes pull) especially while he is eating.
  • He gave me his first kiss.
  • He laughs a lot and is so care free and fun!
I couldn't imagine my life without him! He cracks me up every day. Chad is absolutely loving this stage and can't get enough of him! Here are some pictures my sweet baby boy!
